2. About Trelth Solutions
Trelth Solutions LLC (“Trelth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Florida-registered company that provides AI-powered revenue-cycle-management (RCM) services—such as medical billing, coding, utilization management, and data-analytics solutions—to healthcare organizations across the United States. The Site is offered solely for (i) learning about our company, (ii) requesting demonstrations or introductory calls, and (iii) accessing client portals or resources we expressly make available.

-
use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms; and
-
promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Descriptions of Services & No Advice
Content on the Site—blogs, articles, white papers, calculators, AI-generated insights, or any other materials—is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, medical, accounting, coding, or compliance advice. Always consult qualified professionals before acting on information obtained from the Site or our staff.

5. HIPAA, Security & Client Data
When we process Protected Health Information (“PHI”) on behalf of a covered entity or business associate, we do so under a separate Business Associate Agreement (“BAA”) and follow industry-standard security controls that meet or exceed HIPAA requirements. Use of any client portal is subject to additional written agreements that will govern in the event of a conflict with these Terms.

6. Fees & Payment (Client Accounts)
If you engage Trelth for paid services, the pricing, invoicing, and payment terms will be set out in the master services agreement, statement of work, or order form executed by both parties. Late payments may incur finance charges or service suspension.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, software, AI models, and other materials—is owned by Trelth or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited, revocable license to view the Site for its intended purpose, no right, title, or interest is transferred to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any portion of the Site without our prior written consent.

-
attempt to gain unauthorized access to servers or networks connected to the Site;
-
use bots, scrapers, or other automated means without our express permission;
-

9. Third-Party Links & Integrations
The Site may contain links or API integrations to third-party websites, software, or services. Trelth is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or performance of those third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind—express or implied—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Some jurisdictions do not allow disclaimer of implied warranties, so the above may not fully apply to you.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trelth and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including lost profits, data, or goodwill—arising out of or related to (a) your access to or use of the Site, (b) any content obtained from the Site, or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or the amount you paid us for services in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trelth, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

13. Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Sections 7–13 and 15–19 shall survive termination.

14. Modifications to the Site or Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site (or any feature) at any time. We may also revise these Terms by posting an updated version and changing the “Effective Date.” Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms—and any dispute arising from or related to them—are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You and Trelth agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
